What if you could re-train a body's decision-making system so movement, recovery, and adaptation finally made sense? Well, you can.

Uncover the Physiological Blueprint Behind Every Musculoskeletal Pain Pattern

Adaptive Alignment Facilitation Technique (AAFT) is a clinical strategy that helps you decode the why behind dysfunction and not just treat blindly.

This is a 40.5 hour CE credit that begins Sept 6th, 2026! It will run for 6 months, read more below!

You Can’t Solve What You Don’t Understand Yet

If your clients aren't progressing...

If pain keeps coming back...

If you're stuck guessing which muscle is “not turning on”...

It’s not your fault.

Most therapists and trainers were never taught how to read physiology like a roadmap.

In this 40.5 hour CE class, you’ll learn how to decode client structure and tissue behavior through advanced, digestible assessment strategy. It will help you interrupt the compensation cascade,

realign the body’s decision-making system, and break the physiology adaptation pattern that’s keeping your clients stuck in pain.

Your client’s body is telling a story. You just need the right tools to listen

Let Me Tell You How

In This Class, You’ll Learn How To:

✅Use assessment to map out structural and physiological dysfunction

✅Identify default tissue states (lengthened, overactive, slacked, unresponsive)

✅Asses with your eyes and hands, the impact of exertion output, load, compensation, and HR on adaptation, and why you need to care about it.

✅Avoid the trap of treating symptoms instead of solving the source

✅Build more intelligent treatment plans and programming — for faster results.

✅Track changes in your clients soft tissue to KNOW its working

Who am I?

I’m Morgan — founder of Find Aligned and creator of the Adapted Alignment Facilitation Technique (AAFT).

I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist with a Master’s in Sport and Exercise Science (specializing in eye-tracking), a Bachelor’s in Physical Education and Health, and over 40 certifications in neurology, movement, structural alignment, and massage therapy.

I’ve built my career on bridging theory and practice — not by teaching people to copy techniques, but by helping them think critically, assess accurately, and problem-solve with purpose.

I’ve taught the foundations of massage therapy for three years at the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy and authored over 40 CE classes that blend Eastern, Western, and neurological approaches. My textbook on this material is coming in 2026.

TESTIMONIALS

What are my students saying?

I’m a personal trainer and coach and learning Morgan’s aaft method has been eye opening. I’ve done a lot of corrective exercise continuing education throughout the years and this has by far been my favorite. Aaft is a way to treat and program for a clients needs/goals based on how their own body, muscle fibers, and fascia responds to stress. In this course we learned how to identify build types and within those build types how to best design workout programs to fit their specific needs. We also spent time working on anatomy and reviewing short vs lengthened muscles and how to identify pain. I learned new tools to work with groups on mobility and decreasing pain with nerve glides, cupping, and unjamming joints. I highly recommend this course to any personal trainer who loves to learn and be a step above the rest with knowledge on how to look at your clients as a whole to fix their pain and have them seeing results sooner.

- Rachel, Personal Trainer

"AAFT gives a fresh new perspective on the human body, focusing on how one's pain could be attributed to structure rather than simply a "tight muscle". It utilizes tools across multiple modalities and even works on the nervous system to help achieve these results. It looks at how the body handles physical stress based on 2 distinct body types that massively influences the client's treatment plan. Morgan's knowledge and delivery of the information is in-depth without being confusing, her demonstrations are practical and thorough, and she gives space and has the ability to slow down and simplify the knowledge so you don't fall behind. Your clients will be amazed at your new tools under your belt. Mine have been!"
